NEVER AGAIN!

I made an initial purchase through this company, but I didn't need same products until a few months later, and so I attempted to employ Klarna again. I spent nearly of the day trying to place the order!
First, site (and the app) would non accept my credit card for a supposed mistake in CVC code entry. Wrong. I re-entered information technology several times just to become same error message.
And then I was asked to verify my phone number. That was rejected. Then I was prompted to enter bank data, and that, too, was rebutted.
Lastly, they demanded an identity cheque, including my sending pics of my license. In the end, I got the same error bulletin I got initially. A RIDICULOUS mis-use of my time!!!

Complete lack of customer service back up & lack of help or clarity!!!

What a joke this company has turned out to be

I contacted Klarna tonight when I went to pay for a buy and it said my credit history was bad and information technology didn't go through. I needed the express joy though, because I was told that I would become an email in 25 days! I accept been shopping with Klarna for near one year and never had this consequence! My credit is just fine and in fact, higher now than information technology was when I started a year ago!! One fourth dimension they did not credit my account for a purchase and I didn't get to mad. This app is a joke. I have such a loftier 'limit" and yet all my purchases are declined for no reason. Then on top of that they don't accept sure banks or cards Just have no issue using that aforementioned banking concern or card to take payments??? That makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. I take a $900+ limit and tin can't make a purchase for $thirty. E'er caught upwards to date on my payments it's really hit or miss.
